Welcome to your new workplace – Hemglass. Here, we value the experience you create in your customer interactions. You will meet your customers by saying: “Hi! How nice that you come out to me again,” or “Who gets to decide on the ice cream purchase today?”

Providing an experience for our customers will be central to your new role. The job is much about making sure that Kajsa, 4 years old, Erik, 82 years old, and everyone in between meet the Hemglass truck with a smile. We like to call it being a spreader of joy.

We are looking for someone who is quick-witted, truly enjoys people, and understands the value of customer focus and engagement, even if it rains on a Tuesday evening. It is also important that you enjoy working independently since you will practically be running your own shop on wheels.

With us, you will work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. A B driver's license is required.

We want to create an experience for our customers regardless of age. An important part of the job is being able to make yourself understood and to understand others. Good Swedish is therefore our second requirement.

For us at Hemglass, it is important that you like your customers, service, and sales. Central to us is that you are cheerful, friendly, and engaged. Here, you will have the opportunity to show your ability to take initiative, responsibility, and social competence.
